Like many this year, we’ve been put to the test physically, mentally and emotionally. To be candid, it’s been rough. In early March, we closed our physical offices in New York and Chicago for the foreseeable future and became fully remote. We took pay cuts, we streamlined, we made difficult decisions, and asked our team, clients and partners to take a chance and stick with us.
Outside, there was chaos. Inside, we continued to do what we do best: create.
We’ve had to adapt to new scenarios, pivot to new strategies and change what we thought we knew about communicating.
What did we learn?
We discovered that being true to ourselves and transparent with others would not only help us survive, but thrive. We’re truly humbled to be in this position when many others are not. We’re brimming with gratitude for the support and enthusiasm of our friends, families, clients, and partners, new and old.
Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Here’s to 2021.
