ONE week, PAID time off for everyone at the company.NO slacks. NO emails. NO calls. NO work. Simply prioritize LIFE and LIVING.

Originally born out of pandemic work burnout and mental health awareness, we’re  now in our third year of implementation — A company-wide, scheduled closure.

When we started The Charles Group, we set out to create something different, and over the years, if we’ve learned anything, it’s that sometimes, you need to shake things up to make room for fresh ideas and growth. Our teams work hard all year round — this is their time to truly switch off and re-energize. Our clients and partners have been nothing but supportive. They appreciate the energy we bring when we get back. Thank you!
