The Charles NYC organized a wide array of campaigns and initiatives under an overarching hierarchy, using innovative naming conventions and reporting dashboards for clear line of sight. Despite minimal conversion tracking, The Charles NYC designed a system of optimization on mid-funnel metrics as a proxy for conversion metrics.
