Liam Speranza promoted to Creative Director role at The Charles Group
Four years. Three titles. One very well-deserved promotion.
We’re thrilled to announce that Liam Speranza has been promoted to Creative Director at The Charles Group, becoming the first internal creative leader to rise to the executive creative role in our agency’s history.
The Path to Here
Liam joined us as a Senior Designer and quickly made it clear that “staying in one place” wasn’t really their thing. A promotion to Art Director followed, and now, after four years of shaping some of the most memorable work to come out of our studio, they’re stepping into the Creative Director seat.
In this role, Liam will lead creative strategy and execution for our Luxury & Lifestyle Division, spanning beauty, fashion, real estate, and hospitality working with brands that demand not just good but culturally fluent creative.
