The Charles has partnered with Greystar, a global leader in rental housing across 197 international markets, to relaunch and rebrand a newly renovated luxury building.
Working in tandem with the Greystar Investment Group team and their partners, The Charles is completing an in-depth research analysis to understand psychographic data, search trends and audience profiles of the current building and nearby area.
The data insights will be determining the building’s name, ideal location, branding, along with physical renovation and interior design decisions.
The building’s rebrand is slated to be announced in late 2020.
