It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s important to talk about mental health and the struggles we face.
In your darkest moments you may feel alone, but know that you are not. Opening up is the hardest thing to do, recognizing mental health struggles is even harder. They say that it takes a village and in bleak times a single thread of hope can often come in the knowledge of being supported by those that we know and love.
If you or anyone you know is feeling alone, know that you’re not. Reach out to friends, family, or the completely anonymous resources that are available 24-7 below. Remember, there is hope and there is help.
