A Year of Diversity
This year we wanted to show the many layers of diversity that exist at The Charles NYC - from our team, to our clients, to the new partnerships we've formed. As an agency that embraces individuality, it's important for us to have a diverse worldview on all manner of subjects.
It's especially important that we're able to express ourselves creatively, so being able to do so across of a variety of platforms, mediums and channels alongside our clients and partners is pretty spectacular. We started thinking about how we could creatively represent diversity, without looking like a cliché United Colors of Benetton ad (no shade, it worked then...time for something different now). Ultimately, we decided on a cake (representative of the agency as a whole, combined with its many layers) and the team represented as individual slices. From googly eyes and pom poms to glitter stars and gemstones - we're all a little bit shimmery but definitely different. We're by no means Marie Antoinette, but we're proud to be able to have our cake and eat it too.Thank you to everyone that’s made this year a great one. We’ll see you in 2018!
