We are looking for a trafficker to join the team and be the key link between project managers and the creative team.

Location: Onsite at The Charles HQ, Tribeca, NYC

Status: Full-time, 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday

Role & responsibilities:

  • Track accuracy of projects using our time tracking tool for all new and on-going projects
  • Escalate any issues associated with time budget overages
  • Manage and organize delivery of all creative assets, click-through URLS & UTM codes against strict deadlines to Client and external partners
  • Manage day-to-day trafficking of digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms such as Appnexus, Centro, Adelphic, Facebook, Instagram, AdWords, and others
  • Gather screenshot of all campaigns at launch
  • Generate delivery reports for campaigns trafficked to Google and proprietary in-house ad server
  • Maintain ad specs for all digital products
  • Conduct daily QA of active campaigns
  • Support the PM and creative team in implementing campaign optimizations
  • Resolve delivery and performance problems related to campaign setup/trafficking
  • Assist Ad Ops & Project Management team with campaign optimizations as needed to ensure on-time and complete delivery of ad campaigns
  • Pulls and analyzes daily campaign reports
  • Possess strong communication and analytical skills
  • Timely delivery of all tasks
  • Take briefs from clients or internal stakeholders and build good relationships with them
  • Work with media agencies to ensure that specs are correct
  • Work with senior PM on planning project schedules
  • Keep all parties updated on the delivery of digital campaigns
  • Highlight any issues and strive to resolve them
  • Work with third party vendors on sourcing quotes
  • Build relationship with existing and new clients / partners
